As you surely have noticed, I revamped the blog site to a Halloween theme during the early days of October. I wasn’t able to update the blog much though, due to heavy school workload. Though, I find myself with the time to write something up tonight… finally!!!
First of all, I would like to bring up “shopping for Halloween costumes”. I, myself, did not have much luck finding a costume this year, but I have a decent backup-plan: ZOMBIE! That’s going to be fun- turns out my whole family is going to be zombified. I prefer homemade costumes, but they require too much time to make in most circumstances. At least being a zombie allows me to still piece together my own costume, being oh-so-creative and all. Oh well, there’s always next year.
Searching endlessly for costume ideas on the web, I fell upon many interesting and funny costumes. Here are a few I’d like to share:
Pretty unique if I do say so myself. There were many other costumes I found interesting, but I was unsuccessful in my attempt to retrieve them all.
So, what are you up to this Halloween… or should I say what were you up to this Halloween? Partying hard, or striking gold trick-or-treating!? I hope to accomplish both! Don’t forget to post what you were dressed as!
Sorry that I haven’t posted in such a long time. I’ve been pretty busy with school work and that sort of thing… ahh projects.
Anyway, I stumbled upon another video I figured I would share until I have time to write something new up for the site. It is basically a “real life tetris”, entirely animated with real people. I suggest you don’t watch it entirely though, because it gets extremely annoying after a very short while. Somehow, I still found it a little amusing haha!
Human Tetris
They also have a few other interesting productions, notably:
I found this on youtube a while back. It’s just a really crappy kids animation that ended up being banned from television. Let me know what you think, if you decide to watch it.
Very creepy, disturbing children’s cartoon, banned from TV
Yeah! My dad was lucky enough to be given two full weekend passes to the animation fest 08 here in Ottawa. I get to go there today and check things out. We even got these amazingly loaded loot bags. Can’t wait!
Just came back from the Short Film Animation Contest #2! It was pretty great, lots of obscure and random themes. One of the animations was 10 minutes or cubes flashing across the screen though, we were glad that was over, hehe!
